In Fahrradstraßen haben Radfahrende Vorrang, dürfen nebeneinander fahren und die Geschwindigkeit bestimmen. Nur, wenn das Zusatzschild „Kraftfahrzeuge frei“ hängt, dürfen auch andere motorisierte Verkehrsteilnehmende hier fahren. Für alle gilt eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 30 Stundenkilometern, an Kreuzungen und Einmündungen gilt rechts vor links.
